Performed maintenance on a Bryant single stage 92% efficient natural gas furnace. Filter is OK Pulled and cleaned the flame sensor Gas pressure was 3.8" Turned gas pressure down to 3.0" per the manufacturer's specifications Did not change blower speed for heat Temperature rise 53 degrees, max per specifications is 65 degrees Burners are clean Blower is clean No water leaks present No water leaks from exhaust piping No gas leaks detected Wiring is all tight and secure No stored fault codes on the control board Furnace is in good shape and operating within factory specifications at this time.
